今天是老公生日,又大了一岁呀,呵呵呵! 由于这两三周悉尼一直阴雨连绵,所以我们决定就在家自己煮长寿面吃了. 我最近的工作很忙,居然需要加班!但是昨天我就跟经理说了,我今天绝对不加班,所以我又是我们team第一个走了. 经常这样,估计他们已经习惯了. 前些天就开始讨论给小新买什么生日礼物了,从足球到PDA套,再到渔具,只要是他想买的东西,都冠上生日礼物的头衔,所以通通都买了.....中午吃完饭我突然想犒劳一下自己,决定去买Lindt的Dark Chocolate Drink,到了店里,发现人真多,看来阴天有让人消费的作用.忽然看到柜台里摆放的各式漂亮的巧克力蛋糕,想想这是小新没有提出要求的(其他东西都已经自己提出申请并且已经都买了),我决定给他一个惊喜! 最后我买了一个黑巧克力奶酪蛋糕,样子朴素大方,但看起来就给人很浓郁的感觉. 小新!喜欢我的惊喜吗?! 蛋糕确实是黑巧克力的.......但是.......还是太甜啦!!!!!!!!!!!我们只吃了四分之一就不行了.................. 加油!蛋糕在等着我们!!!!!争取周日前吃完!!!!!!! 当然了，main dish 还是经典的打卤面！ 先讲讲卤的做法吧。 牛腱肉（里面有好吃的肉筋），黄花菜，香菇，腐竹就可以了。 牛肉先在锅中煮开，这锅水要倒掉，主要是去掉牛肉的膻味。然后，锅中加热水，将煮过的牛肉和其他配料加入，然后加入花椒和大料，姜。注意千万不要放大葱，否则牛肉会有怪味。 然后，就是一个字－－煮！ 这锅卤要煮起码两个小时，才能将牛肉煮烂，才能使得汤味纯正。煮好后，再加盐和一点生抽。 面条一定要用宽面，这样才能入味。当然了，面条浇上卤后，最好有一些葱花，香菜，往上面一撒。哇，口水ing， 狂流呀！

take the tradition in China to Sydney! Friends, hh and me ' ve shared large table of delicious dishes last Sunday. We brought all of sea food from Fish Market near Darling harbour in Sydney. That is the biggest fish market in Sydney. In every early morning, most of fish store from all over Sydney buy fresh sea food in the market. If you walk around the market, you can find a lot of sea food, eg, all kinds of fish, crab, lobster, scallops, sea urchins, abalone, eel, shrimp, prawns, oysters,tuna, marlin, mackerel, uncounted sea food, so fresh and kept as original condition. yummy!

I brought it from Adidas Factory shop in Auburn on 31th of May. It costs me 20 bucks more cheaper than in China. My lovely blue tone football, haha, laugh in the heart!

这周日(forth of June)又和朋友去悉尼东边，机场附近的La Perouse Fishing。 木桥连接着美丽的小岛叫bare island。以前应该也是个fort。这个小岛的地理位置也十分重要，它位 于Botany bay 的入海口，在Cronulla的Kurnell和Maroubra之间，像lizard口中的弹舌一样扼守这Botany bay的出海口。 战利品：两条Sweeper，Drummer，Leather jacket。
