On 27 Feb 2007, I got Full Licence at Five dock RTA.
It is 2 Months after I got my Learner Licence.
I practised to drive the car with HH at every weekend.
After I got learner licence, we drove to a friend's home at Bankstown.
Then we looked for some cheap furnitures at Parramatta.
At that time, we had to stop by police since I dont give way when I entered the main road. The police took the breath testing and taught me a warning. then let us go. huuuuuuuuuuuuum, breathed deeply from bottom of the lung. good luck!
Recalling my road to practise driving, a lot of mistake I made. Jaming the intersection, driving to a wrong direction, dont give way to the main road traffic, going through the red light, over speed limited, hit the light pole while reverse driving, hit the wall when reverse parking.
I can't list the every mistakes I made.
But I can feel the improvement following every practice.
So I feel more confident as the test coming.
I found one defect while driving. That is when I parked the gap between car and kerbside is too big. The regulation account the distance must be less than 40 CM. Our car without wide angle side mirror and I have no feeling to how big the car is and how can I put the car in the right distance. HH told me a good method to solve this problem: when I reverse parking, I can reverse then let one of the behind wheel touch the kerbside slightly and forward the car to adjust the angle of the header. So you can make the car close to the kerbside just off only 1-2 CM! What wonderful brain! This solution give me a little bit confident for reverse parking.
