I'm working on a control FAQ, but I will go ahead and answer this if anyone needs it.
1- Weak, Medium, Fierce attack
2- Special
(Foward, down, back + 2 for different specials)
A - Megacrash
B - Partner (Hold back and B to change)
1+2 - Hyper Combo
(Foward, down, back, air + 1+2 for different hypers, varies by character)
Diagonal Dwn Foward +1 - launcher
Foward+1 - Foward Fierce
Back+1 - Foward Medium
Minus - Taunt
That about covers all of it. I'm still not sure how to Baroque cancel with just the Wii mote.
